What are "Waitlist Only" units?

Units noted as being "Waitlist Only" have not yet been released. If there is a specific unit of interest to you, you can add yourself to the waiting list by clicking on the unit and the button that says “Waitlist Only”. When that unit is released, you will be sent an email notifying you of the update.

Can I rent a storage locker for my belongings?

Yes, storage lockers are available for rent. 

Can I tour a rental suite?


You are able to book a tour directly from our website (

The Book a Tour button is located at the top right of the header on when you are looking from a laptop/computer.

If you're using a mobile device, the Book a Tour button is located on the menu that is accessed via the "three lines" on the top right of the browser page.

I like to ride my bike as much as I can! Is there anywhere to store it?

Yes, bike storage is available!

Do you have virtual tours?

Yes, we have 3D Virtual Tours of our 3 model suites! They can be seen by clicking on the Suite Availability tab. 

Will there be a concierge?

Yes, The Stack will have a 24/7 on-site concierge to assist you. 

Do you allow pets?

Yes! Furry friends are allowed. Please note that they do need to be leashed when travelling through the common areas of The Stack.
